ESTHWAITE FARM
This lovely converted Lakeland farm is beautifully situated between Near Sawrey the village where Beatrix Potter lived and Esthwaite Water in the heart of the Lake District. There is plenty of space, with a safe, sunny paddock ideal for children to play and dogs to let of steam. The farm is an ideal base for families, walking, cycling groups (accommodation for groups up to 40) and welcomes many repeat visitors. It is only a short stroll to the lake stocked with trout - ideal for fishing /picnics/paddling and enjoying the views! Guests at the farm get free fishing. This is a great, quiet location - tucked away from the main road but close to village pub. There is a shared Laundry and public telephone in a traditional red telephone box. Bed linen included and beds made up ready for arrival.
