The Sherborne Lodge Hotel is a small, friendly, family- run hotel dedicated to making your holiday an enjoyable one.
We are located in Torrs Park which is one of the nicest areas of Ilfracombe.
The Hotel is close to the Tunnels beaches ; and the coastal path to Lee is only one hundred yards away; yet we are only a short walk from the Theatre ; Pubs; Restaurants and the Victorian High Street.
We have private secure parking at the rear of the hotel and all rooms have en suite facilities; Colour Television ; Hair Dryers and Tea and Coffee making facilities.
The Hotel is fully licensed and stocks a large range of drinks including a good selection of Wines and Malt whiskies.
Dinner can be booked at the Hotel on a day to day basis and there is always a choice of Home Cooked options using Local Suppliers; but equally if you want to try one of the excellent restaurants in the Town or at the Harbour we are not offended.
We can also supply information on the local area which is a mixture of Beautiful Coastline ; Picturesque Villages ; Rugged Exmoor (Lorna Doone Country) ; and for those who wish to shop the Main Town of Barnstaple and the Atlantic Village retail outlet at Bideford are within driving distance.
The area provides ample opportunities to try a variety of sports and pastimes or allows you to just wander or stretch out on one of the Glorious surfing- Beaches close by. (We have lots of Brochures with suggested days out on request.)
We cater for Cyclists ; Golfers; Fishermen ; Shooters; Horse Riders; Walkers; Surfers etc and have a Drying room ; Bait Fridge; Gun Cabinets ; Storage area for Cycles etc.
We also accept dogs by prior arrangement.
