405 By the Bridge is a two bedroom luxury apartment, situated on the banks of the River Ness, in the city centre and beside the historic castle. From the balcony you will enjoy the view over the river to the hills in the distance. There is free parking in the secure underground garage, a rarity in the city centre.
The apartment has a stylish open plan living area with kitchen, diner, lounge and a French door leading onto a balcony. Bedroom 1 boasts en suite facilities while the equally large second bedroom is provided with a separate bathroom.


Equipment in the lounge includes a flat panel TV and DVD player, i-pod docking station and radio. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances, including electric hob with extractor, double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine/dryer are in the separate utility room.

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included in the tariff. We also supply a welcome pack.

Within a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find a variety of shops and an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Eden Court Theatre, cinemas, the leisure centre and many other attractions are all within a ten minute walk along the River Ness.
